- Pelamos y troceamos las zanahorias, cebollas y ajos, y ponemos en la cazuela con aceite donde hemos sellado la ternera, añadimos el tomate triturado y dejamos a fuego medio, una vez pochado, retirar el laurel, triturar todo, junto con la picada y volver a poner en cazuela
- Añadimos la ternera, las setas y 1 litro de agua, rectificar de sal y poner a fuego lento para que vaya haciendo chup chup durante un buen rato, si vemos que necesitas un poco más de agua, échale y rectifica de sal
- Dejar que enfríe y repose, siempre está mucho más bueno, si se ha hecho un día antes.
