- Batimos las yemas con el azúcar al baño maría hasta que queden punto letra. Agregamos la cerveza y mezclamos, luego el queso y volvemos a mezclar. colocamos la crema doble a medio batir. y por último agregamos las claras batidas a nieve con un poco de azúcar y pizca de sal.
Embebemos las vainillas con la cerveza, y la vamos poniendo en la base del molde hasta cubrirlo todo. - Colocamos encima una capa de la mezcla, volvemos a colocar más vainillas y terminamos la capa con la mezcla.Llevamos a la nevera por lo menos 3 horas.Cuando lo vas a servir si quieres le pones cacao encima Nos ha gustado como queda, tiene un sabor distinto.
Lo de la gelatina es opcional, si quieren que quede más compacto se lo agregan a un poco de cerveza caliente para disolverla.
