- Cocinamos, antes de absorber todo el caldo vertemos el pescado (marisco) que previamente habíamos reservado.

- Dejamos que el fideo se acabe de cocer (si ves que se está quedando si caldo, en este punto le puedes añadir un poquito más)

- Apagamos el fuego, dejamos reposar entre 3 y 5 minutos.
- Preparamos la fideuá en un plato, y le añadimos un poquito de alioli.

- Para el Alioli (Mayonesa de ajo) En un vaso batidor añadimos el huevo, el aceite y el ajo.
