  4. Apoyamos el bol en un baño María invertido (con hielo) batiendo hasta enfriar. Endurecerá.
  5. Agregamos de a tandas el merengue, con movimientos envolventes a la primera mezcla. Ya tenemos la crema del tiramisú.
  6. Colocamos el café, el vino, en un plato hondo
  7. Armado: en un molde (donde quepan 10 o 12 vainillas justas una al lado de la otra). Ponemos una fina capa de crema. Una capa de vainillas remojadas totalmente, (pero sin que se rompan) en el café. La mitad de la crema restante. Una lluvia de cacao que cubra toda la crema (tamizar con un colador de mano). Otra capa de vainillas remojadas. el resto de la crema. Otra lluvia de cacao
  8. Llevar al frizzer varias horas
