  5. Se mezclan el queso crema con las claras con una espátula con movimientos envolventes de abajo arriba hasta conseguir una mezcla homogénea.
  6. En un plato hondo se mezcla el café con el vino y se van empapando los bizcochos de soletilla.
  7. Se pone la mitad de los bizcochos en el fondo y la mitad de la mezcla del queso crema, posteriormente se monta la otra mitad de los bizcochos con el resto del queso.
  8. Se refrigera mínimo 3/4 de hora
  9. Antes de servirlo se saca del refri y se espolvorea con cacao con ayuda de un colador para que quede bien esparcido. A disfrutar 😊
