Yo lo puse en un molde demasiado pequeño y como el bizcocho me quedó grueso tuve que cortarlo por la mitad, haciendo un corte transversal con mucho cuidado con un cuchillo de sierra. Hornear a 180º durante 15 min.
  2. Queda un bizcocho muy esponjoso ideal para brazos de gitano.
  3. Jarabe Hervir el agua con el azúcar. Dejar enfriar y añadir el café y el amaretto. Yo como no tenía amaretto le puse otro licor.
  4. Crema de mascarpone Blanquear las yemas con el azúcar. Cocer al baño maría hasta que empiece a cuajar ligeramente. Dejar enfriar y añadir el mascarpone con suavidad.
  5. Acabado En aros (o cuadrados) de 6 cm. poner una capa de bizcocho emborrachado, crema de mascarpone, bizcocho, crema de mascarpone y espolvorear con cacao. Si no tenéis aros, podéis coger una botella de plástico y con un cuchillo cortar un aro que también os puede servir.
