Después vamos mojando las vainillas y acomodandolas sobre la preparación.
- Luego colocamos una segunda capa de la crema que preparamos y volvemos a espolvorear con cacao (la segunda vez sin canela para que no quede tan fuerte) cerramos la preparación con lo que quedó del pionono y volvemos a mojar con el café. Por último espolvorear con cacao y a la heladeras. Unas horas de frío y a disfrutar de este rico postre Italiano, con una copa de lemoncello.
