- Mezclar el batido de yemas con el queso crema. Agregar la gelatina sin sabor. Refrigerar. Batir las claras a punto de nieve



- Montar la crema de leche hasta que esté espesa (es decir batir bastante para que esté más consistente) y agregar las claras batidas en forma envolvente. Refrigerar



- Para el montaje del tiramisú, tenemos 3 preparaciones la de yemas con queso (1) la de crema de leche con claras (2) y el bizcocho. Poner primero en un molde una capa de yemas (1) luego bizcocho al que lo hidratamos con licor con café.



- Luego otra capa de yemas (1) luego crema de leche con claras (2) usar la mitad de esta preparación y reservar la otra para decorar.



- Poner otra capa de bizcocho, bañar licor con café otra de mezcla 1 o sea yemas con queso crema



- Refrigerar preferiblemente de un día para otro. Para decorar llenar una manga con la mezcla de crema de leche (2) decora al gusto y agregar café instantáneo por encima.
