  4. Mezclamos el ron con el café y lo ponemos en un plato hondo. Mojaremos rápidamente los bizcochos de soletilla de uno en uno y los pondremos en una bandeja honda, que cubriremos con los bizcochos.
  5. Por encima de los bizcochos pondremos una buena capa de la mezcla que hemos preparado y por encima pondremos un poco del chocolate rellad. Daremos unos golpes a la bandeja para que se reparta todo bien.
  6. Ponemos la última capa de de bizcochos por encima y otra capa de la crema y espolvoreamos con una capa de chocolate rallado. Al ponerle esta capa de chocolate hará que al poner el cacao no se quede mojado. Por encima lo cubriremos con cacao puro en polvo.
  7. Lo guardaremos en el frigorífico al menos durante 12 horas antes de servir el tiramisú.
