- Separamos las yemas de las claras, a las yemas les añadimos la mitad del azúcar y mezclamos bien hasta que quede una mezcla cremosa, entonces añadimos el mascarpone y incorporamos poco a poco
- Batimos las claras a punto de nieve con el azúcar restante e incorporamos de manera envolvente a la mezcla anterior(mejor con una espátula de cocina) reservamos en el frigo
- Mientras se enfría la crema(mínimo un par de horas)preparamos una taza de café y le añadimos el licor
- Ahora empezamos a preparar el tiramisú, vamos mojando ligeramente los bizcochos en el café con el licor y los disponemos en una fuente grande, cubrimos con una capa de crema de mascarpone y vamos alternando capas de bizcochos mojados y crema
- La última capa que sea de crema, dejamos enfriar en el frigo un ratito y espolvoreamos con el cacao en polvo antes de servir y listo, riquísimo!!!
