- Empapar tres bizcochos de soletilla en el café con amaretto y colocarlos en el plato en fila.
- Cubrir los bizcochos con una capa de crema.
- Empapar otros tres bizcochos en el café y colocarlos con cuidado encima de la crema.
- Cubrir la segunda capa de bizcocho con la crema.
- Espolvorear con cacao en polvo.
- Repetir tres veces más el mismo proceso con el resto de ingredientes para elaborar tres raciones individuales más.
- Enfriar en la nevera durante unas 12 horas antes de servir.
