- En otro bowl batiremos la crema a medio punto. Luego incorporamos el queso crema que debe estar afuera de la heladera una hs antes así sea más fácil ablandarlo. Mezclamos ambas preparaciones, reservamos un poco de la crema de leche para mezclar con la gelatina sin sabor.


- Gelatina sin sabor: hidratarla con 70-80 cc de agua, y llevar al microondas por unos segundos hasta que se disuelvan los granitos.
- Incorporamos la crema de las yemas al resto de preparación, mezclamos en forma envolvente.

- Preparamos en un recipiente el café negro y él coñac. Preparamos una fuente para el armado. Tomamos las vainillas de a una, las colocamos en el café le damos dos vueltas, las apretamos con las manos para retirar el exceden de líquido, y las acomodamos en la fuente. Así vamos a hacer hasta completar el piso de la Fuente.



- Agregamos una parte de la crema, humedecemos unas galletas más y las colocamos de manera desprolija sobre la crema. Agregamos el resto de la preparación. Damos unos pequeños golpecitos para que quede parejo.



- Mezclamos el cacao, con un colador espolvoreamos por encima de la preparación a gusto.
