  1. Primero montar la nata con un poco de azúcar y reservar. Separar las claras de las yemas y montar las claras a punto de nieve.
  2. Mezclar el queso con las yemas poco a poco y añadir el resto del azúcar (es mejor hacerlo a mano con una espátula) Añadir esta mezcla a la nata montada con movimientos envolventes. Incorporar las claras a punto de nieve.
  3. Preparar ahora el café y añadirle un poco de cacao y licor e ir mojando de uno en uno los bizcochos. Según vayamos mojando los bizcochos los pondremos en la base de una fuente (a mí me salen doce bizcochos en la base y otros doce en la segunda capa)
  4. Cuando tengamos la primera base de bizcochos, echaremos la mezcla encima cubriendo bien. A continuación ponemos la segunda capa de bizcochos y terminamos de echar la mezcla de nata.
  5. Con un colador, espolvorear con cacao hasta cubrir toda la fuente. Guardar en la nevera al menos un par de horas para que coja consistencia. Incluso se podría congelar y sacar un poco antes de servir.
