- Posteriormente vamos añadiendo el Queso Mascarpone y seguimos batiendo poco a poco para que se quede bien incorporado y sin grumos.

- Cuando hayamos introducido todo el queso Mascarpone, sacamos de la nevera las claras a punto de nieve y las vamos incorporando poco a poco con una lengua con movimientos envolventes para que no baje el volumen. Introducimos la crema en la nevera hasta que vayamos a preparar el Tiramisú.

- Ponemos el café en un plato y lo mezclamos con el Amaretto y vamos mojando los Bizcochos.
- Finalmente preparamos el Tiramisú o en un molde o en vasos individuales. Vamos colocando capas de los bizcochos empapados en café y licor y encima la crema. Las capas serán las que uno quiera, pero en la parte más alta deberá quedarse crema. En esta última capa, se espolvorea el cacao por encima y se introduce en la nevera para servir frío.
