- Cerrar la olla a máxima potencia, y cuando empiece a echar el vapor, bajar a la mitad, en mi caso tiene hasta el 6 y lo bajo al 3, cada uno conoce su olla, durante unos 20 minutos.

- Si no tienes prisa, dejar al calor, apagado o puedes ponerla bajo el grifo, y cuando deje de echar vapor abrirla.
- Media hora antes de comer, la abrimos, le añadimos la morcilla, y cuando envíese a hervir, bajas al mínimo en mi caso el 1, y dejar cocer a juego lento durante unos 20 minutos, para que se haga la morcilla, sin que reviente.

- Sacar los avíos, a un plato, y repartir las fabes, colocando encima, un trozo a cada uno.

- Si te sobra, puedes guardarlo en el frigorífico o congelarlo, en el frigo puede durarte hasta una semana.
