- A baño maría ponemos el bolw encima y echamos las claras de huevo junto al azúcar, mezclamos a potencia media con la batidora hasta que el merengue llegue a su punto de no moverse del recipiente.



- En otro bolw batimos la crema, el punto es que quede espesa y aumente su tamaño.
Listo esto, lo mezclamos con el merengue pero solo revolvemos con una espátula sin batidora. - Ahora a armar el tiramisú..
En una fuente ponemos como base la mezcla de leche condensada y luego vamos poniendo capas mojando las galletas en el café, ponemos encima la mezcla de leche luego la mezcla de cacao y así sucesivamente. Al final espolvoreamos cacao amargo al refrigerador hasta el día siguiente.
