  2. Primero preparamos nuestro jarabe, ponemos a hervir el agua con el azúcar y el café durante 10 minutos aproximadamente y retiramos.
    Dejamos enfriar
  3. Prepararemos un Patê a Bombe y para esto primero colocaremos el azúcar y la primera cantidad de gua e un coludo y dejamos hervir a fuego medio. Mientras el azúcar hierve, comenzamos aclarando las yemas.
  4. Ya que esté el azúcar, lo dejaremos caer en forma de hilo a las yemas seguido del vino y mezclamos bien.
  5. Hidratamos nuestra grenetina con la segunda cantidad de agua y la llevamos a baño maría e incorporamos a nuestro paté en forma de hilo cuidando se mezcle muy bien.
    Después lo agregamos a nuestro queso crema y mezclamos perfectamente.
  6. Continuamos batiendo con la crema lyncott hasta tener picos suaves, agregamos un poco a nuestra mezcla anterior y batimos.
    Lo demás lo agregamos y mezclamos de forma envolvente hasta tener una mezcla perfecta.
  7. Para finalizar mojaremos nuestras soletas con el jarabe de café y las colocamos de base en nuestro molde, a continuación vaciamos la mezcla haciendo capas de soletas y dejamos enfría.
  8. Para terminar decoramos con cocoa en polvo y a disfrutar.
