  2. La mezcla lo agregamos a una manga y con una duya lisa iremos formando las soletas espolvoreandoles azúcar glas, horneamos a 180°c hasta que doren
  3. Para realizar la crema primero hacemos una paté a bombe con las yemas y el azúcar incorporandolo de poco a poco, hidratamos nuestra grenetina, la dejamos reposar un rato de ahí lo derretimos a baño María que incorporaremos en forma de hilo
  4. Una vez que tengamos nuestro paté a bombe lo agregamos a nuestro queso crema, está debe estar a temperatura ambiente previamente acremado, batimos nuestra crema y lo agregamos de igual manera
  5. Preparamos un jarabe de café para poder remojar las soletas y ponerlas como base después agregar crema y así sucesivamente hasta terminar nuestra crema y soletas por último espolvoreamos cocoa y decoramos al gusto
