- Ahora, vamos a derretir nuestra grenetina, para poder vaciarlo en nuestro paté a bombe.

- Ahora, en ese tazón vamos a mezclar nuestro queso crema previamente batido, para mezclarlo y hacer nuestra crema mascarpone.


- En un tazón vamos a montar nuestra crema, lo haremos hasta obtener picos suaves, para poder vaciarlo en nuestro queso crema.


- Ya para empezar a montarlo, vamos a remojar nuestras soletas en un jarabe de café que es hirviendo agua, azúcar y café soluble.

- Empezamos a montar, intercalando entre las soletas y la crema.



- Y al final decoramos con cocoa en polvo y lo metemos al refrigerador toda una noche.


- Al día siguiente cortamos nuestro tiramisú y lo servimos.
