  4. 400 gr queso mascarpone
  5. 30 Vainillas (la cantidad depende donde la hagas y las capas)

  1. Separar las claras y yemas. Batir las claras a punto nieve.
  2. Batir las cuatro yemas con los 100 gr de azúcar.
  3. Una vez que esté bien disuelto, ir agregando de a poco los 400 gr de queso mascarpone (yo usé 500 gr)
  4. Incorporar las claras batidas previamente a punto nieve, batir hasta que se forme una consistencia un tanto espesa, sin grumos. Podes guardar la mezcla un poco en la heladera mientras preparas la primer base. Por una cuestión de gustos yo le puse un poco más de azúcar(50 gr) y un chorrito de Amarula/ Licor.
  5. Mezclar el café con un poco de Amarula o Licor, o la bebida que tengas en tu casa, a gusto; depende de cada paladar.
  6. Mojas las vainillas en el café previamente mezclado con el licor y pones la primer base (no dejar mucho tiempo en café ya que se rompen).
  7. Una vez lista la primer base poner el relleno hecho encima, esparcirlo bien por todas las vainillas con cuidado para que no se rompan ni se formen espacios.
  8. Podes rallar chocolate una vez puesto el relleno de mascarpone y luego la segunda base, tercera, cuarta, dependiendo cuantas capas quieras hacer, yo hice de tres capas y más o menos usé 30 vainillas. En la última le rallas más chocolate tratando de que cubra todo el relleno y listo! A la heladera hasta que se haga la hora de probarlo, también lo podes poner una o dos horas en el freezer, pero no mucho más.
  9. Ahora tenes que lavar todo, ese paso te lo regalo!
  10. Y listo!!
