  11. Previamente cortado el tomate y la cebolla lo añadimos junto a las judías
  12. Cortamos los ajos y el perejil
  13. Añadimos todo el cuenco con (la carne, el pimiento y los calamares) también añadimos las gambas, las bocas y los mejillones pelados
  14. Le echamos el tomate
  15. Añadimos los dos botes de caldo de pescado
  16. Consejo de la abuela: mejor que sobre caldo a que falte, si tenéis que añadir agua, mejor añadirla ahora que no después con el fideuá
  17. Lo dejamos hervir un buen rato y añadimos una pizca de azafrán
  18. Añadimos los fideos
  19. Y cuando los fideos estén casi listos añadimos los gambones
  20. Para acabar echamos por encima el picadillo de ajo y perejil y listo!
  21. Una alternativa para los pequeños, es hacerlo con arroz si no les gustan los fideos. Solo se aparta una parte de la verdura y en lugar de añadir fideos, ponemos arroz.
