  2. Con hora y media hirviendo ya sale bueno. Luego lo cuelas bien y ya lo tienes.
  3. En la paellera o donde vayas a hacer la fideuá echa un poco de aceite y cocina las colas de los gambones. Reservas.
  4. Luego los calamares troceados y también reservas. Que queden bien tostaditos.
  5. Seguidamente las almejas hasta que se abran y luego el rape troceado. También reservas.
  6. Entre tanto, dora los fideos con aceite en otra paella si quieres que queden más sueltos. También puedes saltarte este paso.
  7. En la paella principal donde freíste los calamares, una vez troceados y picados ajo, cebolla y pimientos, los incorporas. Primero el ajo y rápidamente el resto.
  8. Añade sal y mantén a fuego lento unos 10 minutos, incorpora el tomate frito, que mejor si es casero y dale 5 minutos más. Sala, prueba y rectifica de sal si hiciera falta.
  9. Añade los fideos y remueve
  10. Seguidamente añade el pescado y el calamar. Remueve.
  11. Echa el caldo de pescado, caliente, hasta cubrir y mantenlo a fuego fuerte 5 minutos
  12. Por último incorpora las almejas y los gambones (colas) y a fuego mediano deja hervir 10 minutos, removiendo de vez en cuando. Vuelve a probar y rectificar de sal.
  13. Ya lo tienes. Lo puedes acompañar de alioli, que es lo que más le pega y disfrutarlo.
