  3. Una vez la cebolla y el ajo estén echos agregamos el calamar (que previamente habremos limpiado y troceado en aros), los mejillones y las almejas ya sin cáscara. Dejamos cocinar a fuego medio unos 8min
  4. Echamos el tomate y un medio vaso de vino blanco y dejamos reducir. Introducimos los fideos y las gambas mezclamos y agregamos el caldo. Precalentamos el horno a 180•c
  5. Dejamos que los fideos vayan absorbiendo el caldo y pasados unos 10-15min intoducimos en el horno para que repose unos 5-10 min.
