Por otro lado cogemos una perola y echamos un chorreón aceite oliva y añadimos 3 dientes de ajo la cebolla cortada en juliana y el pimiento rojo también cortado sofreímos y añadimos al vaso la turmix a continuación añadimos los tomates en juliana y sofreímos y lo echamos en el vaso la turmix junto con el resto de ajos crudos y batimos todo
  2. Una vez todo batido reservamos y en el aceite sobrante añadimos en marisco y Le damos una pasada por el aceite añadimos el fideuá y Le damos un poco vueltas junto al marisco en la cacerola una vez un poco frito añadimos el batido del vaso la turmix y Le añadimos el colorante lo removemos lo Mezclamos bien y añadimos el caldo que icimos al principio con las cabezas de las gambas y cubrimos.
  3. Añadimos la otra pastilla de caldo de pescado un poco Orégano y la sal y lo dejamos a fuego lento hasta que los fideos se chupen el agua y listo
  4. El alioli en un vaso turmix se añade el ajo la sal los dos huevos y el aceite girasol batimos sin mover la batidora una vez espese añadimos la Pimienta y un chorreón limón y terminamos de batir un poco más y listo.
