- Cuando esté cocido el secreto añadir los fideos y dejar cocer a fuego medio
- Cuando les falte 5 minutos, tememos que ver que aún le queda algo de caldo, añadimos por encima las láminas de potro y las de foie, el potro ha de quedar tierno
- Cuando apaguemos el fuego, añadir por encima foie rallado (el que teníamos en el congelador) y dejar reposar unos 5 minutos y a comer!!! Espero que os guste.
