  1. En una Pellera ponemos un buen chorro de aceite a calentar pondremos a Pochar la Cebolla muy picadita junto a los ajos y los pimientos
  2. Troceamos los calamares y la pechuga de pollo en trozos, lo añadimos a la paellera dejamos que se haga un poco y añadimos las chirlas, que previamente habremos tenido en agua con sal.
  3. En una cazuela hacemos el fumet de Pescado con las cabezas de las gambas y las cáscaras y un hueso de rape, le añadimos la pastilla de avecrem de pescado y un poco de sal. Abrimos al vapor los mejillones (yo les puse un chorrito de vino) el caldito se lo incorpore al fumet
  4. Colocamos el equivalente a cuatro tazas del fumet de pescado a la paellera le ponemos el colorante y rectificamos de sal.
  5. Añadimos la fideuá y dejamos cocer 10 min añadimos las gambas que teníamos reserbadas y colocamos los mejillones
  6. Esta Es La misma receta solo que con arroz (podéis adornarla con unos langostinos o como más Os Guste)
