- Primero de todo lo que hacemos es cortar las pechugas de pollo en filetes y luego de los filetes en tiras fina (aunque yo las corto de tamaño más anchoitas)😝
- Después de cortar la carne, lo ponemos en un taper y empezamos a echarle uno por uno un chorreón de limón tanto por delante que por detrás del pollo y igual con el ajo molido, sal y perejil, cuando tengamos todo aliñado, yo tengo la costumbre de echarle más limón y de pelar los dientes de ajo y echarlo a trocito muy chico y mover todo los cachitos de pollos para que coja buen sabor.
- Una vez echo todo, lo dejamos un día en el frigo para que coja bien el jugo del limón...
- Por último cuando ya haya pasado el día, en un plato echamos dos huevos y una pizca de sal y en otro plato pan rallado(cuando el pan rallado no viene con perejil yo le echo del que viene ya molido) pasamos el pollo por huevo y luego por pan rallado y listo para comer!!!!!! 😋😋😋
