- 4 tomates grandes (340 gr de peso cada uno aprox.)
- 140 grs filetes de pollo
- 70 grs arroz blanco cocido
- 1/2 cebolla morada

- Agregamos ahora el tomate picado que habíamos reservado, el tomate frito, el arroz cocido, la salsa Teriyaki (opcional pero potencia el sabor), la sal, el comino, la pimienta y el perejil fresco picado y cocinamos durante 5 minutos más.
- Colocamos los tomates vacíos dentro de una bandeja de horno untada su base con un poco de aceite de oliva. Con ayuda de una cuchara rellenamos cada tomate. Encima ponemos un trocito de queso Montagnolo y rallamos también un poco de queso Cheddar. En otra fuente pequeña si os apetece ponemos las tapas de los tomates rociadas con un poquito de aceite de oliva.
- Metemos ambas bandejas al horno precalentado, la de los tomates rellenos en la parte central y la de las tapitas en la parte de abajo y lo dejamos durante 30 minutos a 180º C.
