  2. Hay que dejarla a macerar por lo menos 3 horas o si se deja de por la noche hasta el día siguiente, mejor.
  3. Una vez que está marinada se puede preparar la plancha o una sartén antiadherente, se deja a calentar muy bien, se le echa unas gotas de aceite de oliva y a continuación las tiras de pechuga. Se van haciendo a fuego moderado por todas las partes.
  4. Cuando ya están todas las tiras de pechuga echas se colocan en la sartén y se le añade por encima la salsa sobrante del marinado. Se deja a cocer un minuto por cada lado y listo.

    Se sirve en caliente acompañadas de unas buenas patatas al horno o fritas según el gusto de cada uno.
