- En un bol poner el resto de los ingredientes y mezclar bien


- Poner sobre el pollo impregnandolo bien por todos lo lados

- Cerrar las hojas de papel de aluminio, una a una, que quede bien cerrado

- Meter al horno. A los 20 minutos bajar el horno a 100º y dejar otras 3 horas. Sacar y dejar enfriar totalmente

- Una vez fría la carne, abrimos el papel albal

- Desmenuzamos el pollo con dos tenedores mezclando con los restos de salsa


- Y ya podemos utilizarla al gusto. En un bol hermético dura varios días en nevera.
